Kyoto Prefecture confirmed 4465 new corona infections, 2 deaths on Monday

Kyoto Prefecture and Kyoto City announced on the 8th that 4465 new people were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.

This is the highest number of confirmed cases ever announced on Monday.

Two new deaths were also announced.

As of the 7th, the number of seriously ill patients decreased by 2 from the 6th to 13.
