According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Amur Region, 32 settlements in the region are without motor transport accessibility. 

Earlier, specialists restored transport links between two microdistricts of Tynda in the Amur Region, which were cut off due to heavy rains.
