A 2-year-old girl who was left behind in a housing complex in Tondabayashi City, Osaka, died of heat stroke, and two grandmothers living together were arrested. The police sent documents to the police on suspicion of confinement causing death, as they were suspected of having died due to confinement.

On June 29, Yuyo Ono (2) died of heatstroke in a room in a housing complex in Tondabayashi City, and her grandmother, Mayu Ono (46), and Takanori Momota (50), who lived together, died. A person has been arrested on suspicion of confinement, etc. for intermittently binding Yuyo's hands and feet and going out for four days until June 27.

According to the investigation so far, the two went out on the night of June 27, two days before Yuyo died, and left her in the playpen. It means that it was found that there was a suspicion that both hands and feet were tied.

For this reason, Yuyo could not take enough food and water, and it is suspected that she died of heatstroke, so the police sent documents to the prosecutor on suspicion of confinement and death for the two on the 8th.

In response to the investigation, her grandmother Ono said, "Even when she went out on the 27th, she tied her limbs so that she could not move freely."

Momota has denied part of the allegations, saying, "I didn't tie myself when I went out on the 27th."
