  Yang Zongyu and his parents did not know that behind this "lucky", the Tangshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government mobilized the forces of all parties, and countless people worked hard day and night.

  Entering the graduation season, responding to the "big test" for employment has become the "No. 1 Project" of Tangshan City.

In order to fully tap the positions, Tangshan City has developed government-led positions such as civil servants, career editors, and grass-roots service personnel to the limit, reaching more than 24,000, an increase of about 8,000 compared with 2021; it is making full use of national policies to subsidize market players. On the one hand, highlighting the characteristics of Tangshan, increasing policy support, encouraging central and state-owned enterprises to take the lead, and creating more than 140,000 jobs.

So far, it has recruited 712 college graduates, achieving a rigid increase of 25% in the number of people introduced each year in the past two years compared with the previous years.

  Looking for jobs and sending help, cities all over Hebei are taking active actions.

A few days ago, the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued the "Nineteen Policy Measures on Further Promoting the Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates and Other Youth". We will do everything possible to escort the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates.

On this basis, various cities have issued various superimposed policies, such as Tangshan’s introduction of a package of policy documents such as the “2022 Growth Plan for the Introduction of College Graduates” and “22 Policies and Measures to Further Promote the Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates and Other Youth” to help College graduates enter the workplace smoothly from the school gate.

  Warm policies and support with heart and emotion have made Hebei Houzhi fertile ground for employment and provided a stage for more college graduates to realize their own values.

Data show that as of July 23, Tangshan City alone had signed contracts to introduce 76,000 college graduates, much higher than the same period last year.
