The 20-mu mini winter melon planting base in the village produces more than 13,000 per mu each year, nearly 60% of which are sold to ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore, and are well received by overseas people.

  In 2019, Tan Xiaozhao went to Guangzhou and Shanghai for inspection. The dish "Winter Melon Gu" made him see the strong market potential of mini winter melons overseas, so he went home and started planting.
