In summer, the little hands essential to run hotels and restaurants are the seasonal workers.

While the tourist season is in full swing, many are struggling to find accommodation.

Especially on the coast, where prices explode in summer and where owners favor weekly rentals for tourists.

Brice Sannac, president of the Union of trades and industries of the hotel industry (Umih) of the Pyrénées-Orientales, returns to the current situation of the sector.
