While the summer is not even over, the shelters are already overloaded.
The SPA has launched a very sad counter on its website, listing the number of animals collected in its centers since the beginning of the summer.
This Wednesday, August 3, the counter already showed 12,049.

In its new campaign, the SPA points to the reasons heard in these shelters by owners wishing to abandon their hairball.
A video and thumbnails with the photo of the animal and the reason given when it was abandoned, which do not leave anyone indifferent.
The association also launches an appeal for one-off donations for the summer or regular donations throughout the year, in order to help these animals and support the association.
