The full text is as follows:

On August 2, the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, insisted on visiting Taiwan in disregard of China's solemn representations and firm opposition.

This move seriously violates the one-China principle and the three Sino-US joint communiques, seriously undermines China's sovereignty and territorial integrity, seriously undermines the political foundation of Sino-US relations, and sends a serious wrong signal to the "Taiwan independence" separatist forces.

The National People's Congress of China firmly opposes and strongly condemns this.

There is only one China in the world, Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, and the government of the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government representing the whole of China.

The one-China principle is the premise of establishing diplomatic relations between China and the United States, and it is also the political foundation of China-US relations.

The United States has made solemn commitments to China on the Taiwan issue, but in its actions, it has continuously improved the substantive relationship and official exchanges between the United States and Taiwan, condoned the separatist forces that support "Taiwan independence", and engaged in "Taiwan to control China", which seriously undermined the peace and stability of the Taiwan Strait.

The Chinese government and people have taken and will continue to take decisive and effective measures to resolutely safeguard their own sovereignty, security and development interests.

The Taiwan issue concerns China's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and China has no room for compromise.

The "Anti-Secession Law" clearly stipulates major issues such as adhering to the one-China principle, curbing "Taiwan independence" secession, and opposing external forces' interference in the Taiwan issue.

The position of the Chinese government and people on the Taiwan issue has always been consistent. It is the firm will of the more than 1.4 billion Chinese people to resolutely safeguard China's national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Any attempt to obstruct China's complete reunification and national rejuvenation is doomed to fail.
