He was shot dead by his wife

Dallas police sources revealed that a man who shot his wife in the neck was killed this weekend because of the same shot he fired on his wife, who survived the injury despite her suffocation, but he died after suffering severe bleeding due to the bullet that entered his leg.

A Dallas police officer said they received a report of a shooting in one of the apartments, and upon arrival the officer found "a large amount of blood in the apartment," which was empty, according to a press release.

The police traced the incident, which led them to a nearby medical complex, where a man and a woman were found with gunshot wounds.

Police said the man died in hospital but the woman survived and has since been released.

Police identified the deceased man as Byron Redmon, 26, and classified the shooting as a domestic problem, according to MSN.

According to the preliminary findings of the investigation, the police say that the woman was shot in the neck by Redmond, and that "the bullet went out and hit Redmon in the leg."

And that the man apparently bled to death.

The statement stated that investigations are still ongoing to clarify the details of the story.
