Coinciding with the summer vacation, the Sharjah Book Authority, in the Eastern Region, is organizing a series of entertainment workshops and knowledge lectures, within the "Future Leader" program, which aims to enhance the intellectual and psychological skills of children and adolescents, through training on how to acquire positive habits of successful people, and add them to the their daily life.

The activities of the program began at the beginning of this month in the Kalba Public Library, and conclude today, and will be held in the Wadi Al-Helou Library from the eighth to the 11th of this month, while the program completed its activities last July in the libraries of Dibba Al-Hisn and Khorfakkan.

The director of the Sharjah Book Authority office in the eastern region, Fadel Hussein Busim, said that the association's organization of the program coincided with the summer vacation, which provided the opportunity for students from different academic levels to participate in it, and to flock to public libraries in the eastern region, noting that the content of the training program was well received by parents who They found in it an educational and recreational space for their children, while at the same time training them to acquire new skills through which they discover their abilities and talents in learning and investing in the summer vacation, by participating with their colleagues in the activities of the “Future Leader” program, and competing for creativity in the workshops, asking questions and participating In discussions, building a successful leadership character.

The program presented by trainer Hamad Ighdani includes training participants to master the skills of building a daily routine that makes use of time with the aim of adding new achievements in a person’s life, how to enhance self-confidence, mastering the skill of planning and discipline in implementing plans, and mastering the skill of problem-solving and making appropriate decisions in different situations.
