The report pointed out that, after receiving reports from the public, a social organization engaged in summer care, for preschool children, organized and carried out subject knowledge training such as Chinese pinyin, reading and writing, mathematical calculation, and English phonics, which violated relevant policies and regulations.
The report stated that the "double reduction" special class in Beijing's urban area attaches great importance to reporting clues and conducts verification as soon as possible.
It has been verified that the summer vacation hosting class organized by Jiudetang International Education Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (operating place: 103 and 105, 1st Floor, Building 18, Yacheng Erli, Chaoyang District), and the summer vacation organized by Beijing Huaxia Xueyou Education Consulting Co., Ltd. The trustee class (operating place: Rongjing Lido, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone) has the problem of organizing discipline training in violation of regulations.
Chaoyang District and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone "double reduction" special classes stopped illegal activities, ordered institutions to do a good job of refunding fees and placement of students, and transferred relevant evidence to law enforcement departments for investigation.
The circular stated that all social institutions must strictly follow the provisions of the Minor Protection Law and the "double reduction" policy, consciously regulate their business activities, and shall not conduct subject training for preschool children, and shall not occupy national statutory holidays, rest days, and winter and summer vacations, organize or Disguised organization of subject training.
