According to the passenger car index allocation policy, applicants can fill in the application for the passenger car allocation index during the two application periods from January 1 to March 8 and from August 1 to October 8 each year.
The relevant departments of this city will strictly review the identity information, certificate information, social security and personal tax payment information filled in by applicants for small passenger car configuration indicators (individual and family applicants).
It should be noted that the applicant should ensure that his ID card or residence permit, work residence permit, passport, driver's license and other documents are in a valid state during the period of review by the relevant departments of this city in order to pass the review.
If applying by family, the applicant can log in the system to enter the user center, click "My Family Application" in the configuration indicator function area, fill in the identity information of the main applicant of the family, marital status information and relevant information of the spouse, and then fill in other family information The applicant's identity information, marital status information, and spouse's related information must be filled in truthfully; you can also bring your valid ID card and a photocopy to the nearest foreign office window to apply.
The validity period of the family application can be queried through the passenger car index control management system.
Citizens enter the user center, click "My Family Application" in the configuration indicator functional area, and the page will display the validity period prompt information.
According to the policy, after the family application is approved, the validity period of the application will be retained until March 8 of the following year.
If the allocation index is not obtained, it will be automatically transferred to the next index allocation within the validity period of the application. After the validity period of the application expires, the family application qualification will be reviewed again.
During the validity period of the application, if the number of family applicants increases or decreases due to birth or death, but the main applicant of the family has not changed, the application can be changed; if other changes occur, the application shall be re-applied.
Change requests and re-applications are reviewed with the next indicator configuration.
After passing the review, the total family points will be recalculated.
After the individual application is approved, the validity period of the application is also retained until March 8 of the following year.
When the validity period of the application expires, the system will automatically submit the application for review again. After the application is approved, the validity period will be automatically updated.
