The Tunisian bride who was left by her groom at the wedding appears in the first reaction .. What did she comment on the incident?

In her first reaction, the Tunisian bride, Lamia Labawi, thanked, in a short video, everyone who sympathized with her after her groom left her on her wedding night.

Labawi appeared in a video clip of no more than a minute, and sent a message after the great uproar in social networking sites, in solidarity with her, saying, "Good morning, thank you very much for your sympathy with me, and God willing, my Lord will write us good."

A Tunisian groom's abandonment of his bride and his leaving the wedding party, after his mother asked him to do so, claiming that the bride was "ugly", sparked widespread controversy in Tunisia and criticism of the mother and her son, according to Tunisian media.

The details of the story are that the groom engaged his bride some time ago without his mother attending, who only saw the bride through the pictures, and on the wedding day, minutes after the groom's family entered the hall designated for the ceremony, the mother asked her son to leave because the bride was "ugly" and did not like her.

The son complied with his mother's request and left the wedding party, despite the intervention of a number of attendees who asked him to stay.

A large number of pioneers of communication platforms in various Arab countries sympathized with the Tunisian bride, and theatrical artist Hedi Mejri said in a blog post on his Facebook page: "A message to Lamia al-Labawi, the bride whose husband ran away and left her and chose to complete the ceremony alone.. I am Hadi. Al-Majri decided to write these words to you, and I hope that they will reach you.”

Al-Hadi Al-Majri added: "With all love and brotherhood, I tell you to raise your head and face the world with all your strength. You did not lose a man. You lost whoever could be a curse in your life. You gained irreplaceable comfort and freedom."

He added: "Do not break and do not say that you are an orphan.. Today I wanted to share this experience with you. I tell you that my mother and father also died in the same year and I am still studying.. I fell ill.. After graduating, I did not work, but I did not extend my hand to anyone.. only I clung to my dreams."

Judge Ahlam Makhlouf said in a post she posted on her Facebook page: "He who considers himself a man... left his bride and abandoned her... If I were in the bride's place, I would have held a huge party because God spared me living with a person I would suffer from throughout my life."

Civil society activist Rabie bin Izzedine said, in a post he posted on his Facebook page: "God has made you stay away from this son of the Haram... This cannot be a man."

He added: "A young man abandons his bride on the wedding night and leaves after his mother requested that because the shape and origin of the bride did not like her. This young man left his bride on his wedding night after a relationship that lasted 4 years."

Civil society activist Sarah Salouhi said in a post on her Facebook page: "When a woman is with a person who has nothing to do with manhood...and only hears his mother's words...this is the result."

Sarah Salouhi added in her blog: "On the night of the wedding, his mother told him that the bride is ugly and orphan and asked him to leave, so he left and returned home and left her... God will compensate her."

Sarah Aati, the bride's neighbor, Lamia al-Labawi, said: "This girl lives in the same area where I live.. I know her well.. She is educated, has a license, and is of good origin.. From a simple and good family."

Sarah added: "They are waiting for joy after the death of the father and mother... The reason for the marriage to be retracted is that the mother of the groom said that she is ugly and from a poor family."

Civil society activist Aya Sohaili said, in a Facebook post: "Can we say that this is a man? .. Frankly, the bride is much more beautiful than him.. Four years and then he leaves her because his mother said that she is ugly."
