The mutual was informed by the daily that the personal information of more than 80,000 of its members was online on cybercriminal platforms.

Double hack

The surnames, first names, postal codes, dates of birth, email addresses and even for some of the victims Social Security number, bank details and photocopy of the passport, found themselves for sale online.

Dissemination of this information exposes victims to scams or phishing attempts.

Even identity theft, an administrative nightmare for the victims.

After the first data leak, the mutual assured its customers: "As soon as this malicious act was discovered, our technical teams urgently implemented the appropriate security measures to remedy the situation as well as a strengthening the security of our systems”.

However, the problem repeated itself.
