However, when the owner rushed to collect the house, he found that there were many quality problems in the project. Among them, the most dissatisfied owner was that the water and electricity positions on the balcony were installed backwards.

  An owner of the middle suite of the 3 buildings said that the right side of the balcony is a flat wall; the left side is half the wall and the other half is a glass railing, and the glass railing is more than ten centimeters higher than the wall, and the two are not flat.

According to common sense, the laundry cabinet and washing machine should be installed on the right side of the balcony, and the faucet, socket, and floor drain should also be installed on the right side of the balcony.

But when I closed the house, I found that the faucet, socket, and floor drain were all installed on the left side of the balcony.

  At present, the solution proposed by the developer is to compensate the relevant owners by reducing or exempting the property fee for half a year. The property fee of Xishang Yunfeng is 3 yuan/month/m2, and the half-year property fee is equivalent to about 1,800 yuan.

However, the owners were not satisfied with the compensation method and believed that the compensation was not enough to cover the rectification costs.

  What made Mr. Yang a headache was the floor drain in the bathroom.

Because he found that the toilet was not running smoothly, he took a level meter and found that the floor drain was not installed in the lowest part of the room.

"I have found the developer, and the developer said that it would be more troublesome to change, so I first went to the property to register the problem. At present, because I haven't lived in, and the water is not smooth, I can only manually sweep the water to the floor drain."

  Mr. Yang said that many of the owners of their building had various quality problems. After reporting to the developer, there were construction workers who came to repair and rectify at first, but then they disappeared.

Many owners ended up paying out of their own pockets for rectification. So far, Mr. Yang has spent tens of thousands of yuan for the redecoration after the house was repossessed.
