So in this process, I actually hope to use this platform to communicate with more Hong Kong and Macao youths in Guangzhou. With such a platform, I can connect more Hong Kong and Macao youths with the collision of ideas at the level of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the exchange of skills. Some mutual learning, so that I can make more efforts in the elderly care industry in the future and prepare my own knowledge reserve.

I think people from Hong Kong and Macao have the above advantages when they come to our mainland. The first one is definitely the policy advantage. For example, Nansha just released the "New Ten Measures" to support Hong Kong and Macao youth in entrepreneurship and employment. For young people from Hong Kong and Macau, he can obtain a subsidy of 515,000 yuan (RMB) in employment within three years at most. For fresh graduates, I think this subsidy is very large.

In addition, if we work and start a business in the mainland, we can actually enjoy a lot of care from the government or various organizations.

For example, in this training, our Guangzhou United Front Work Department is very concerned about our young people from Hong Kong and Macao. We hope that in the city of Guangzhou, we young people from Hong Kong and Macao can form a cohesion of our own.

[Explanation] According to the arrangement of the training class, the trainees will visit Guangzhou Guigu Science and Technology Park, high-tech enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao, and the innovation tribe of young people in Macao, etc., and issue certificates of completion.
