The consequences of Yvan Colonna's murder continue.

Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne announced this Thursday "the triggering of disciplinary proceedings" against two agents of the prison of Arles (Bouches-du-Rhône), after the submission of a report on the homicide of Yvan Colonna in March, which concludes with "shortcomings" on their part.

Matignon added in a press release that the Prime Minister has "decided to follow all the recommendations" of the report of the General Inspectorate of Justice (IGJ), seized after the violent attack by a fellow prisoner of the Corsican separatist, who was serving a life sentence for the assassination of the prefect Claude Erignac.
