On Thursday, July 28, the Russian film "Nakhimovites" directed by Oleg Shtrom is released in wide release.
In the center of the story are the twin brothers Semyon and Timofey Loginov from a family of hereditary sailors.
Their father and grandfather studied at the naval school and achieved honor and respect.
The guys do not want to follow the family tradition and just dream of getting rich, and as quickly as possible.
The main roles were played by the brothers Daniel and Nikita Khodunov.
It was their first filming experience.
After "Nakhimovtsy", the artists began to participate in other projects, for example, in the TV series "Mosgaz.
Trap ”, and also decided to get a specialized acting education.
“At the beginning, of course, it was exciting, because it was our first experience, and we did not yet know what a camera, close-up, medium-shot is.
But the whole team helped us in this, starting from the director, ending with other actors and producers.
The main assistant is my brother, of course, ”Daniil Khodunov shared his impressions about the filming.
However, despite the lack of experience in the frame, the twin brothers perfectly got used to their roles.
According to them, before filming, they attended several acting classes and appeared on the set already prepared.
It also helped that the Khodunovs, like their characters, were born into a military family.
Together with them, Sergey Garmash, Andrey Merzlikin and other actors starred in the film.

According to the plot, Syoma and Tim Loginov spent the whole summer walking with friends, relaxing and earning money by selling balloons “for adults” instead of visiting an English tutor and doing sambo.
Their father, Andrey Loginov (Andrey Merzlikin), has been swimming all this time.
When he returns home and finds out that the boys have abandoned their studies and sports, got in touch with the bad guys, he sends his sons to the Nakhimov Naval School in St. Petersburg.
From this moment, the twins begin a new life, which at first does not suit them at all.
They reluctantly follow all the instructions of the senior in rank, swear with other pupils and, as a result, decide to poorly fulfill the requirements to be expelled.
But healthy competition and the desire to win take over, and now one of them “wipes his nose” to a friend in an English lesson, the other easily puts his opponent on the shoulder blades in SAMBO classes.
Gradually, the brothers are drawn into the learning process and no longer strive to go beyond the gates of the school.
They learn patience, humility, courage and find new friends in the person of Nakhimov comrades who will show courage without hesitation and come to the rescue at the most suitable moment for the twins.
"Nakhimovites" is a picture about growing up, friendship, honor and duty not only to the motherland, but also to oneself.
There are no military actions, large-scale battles in it - the film reveals the world of students of the naval school, their life and how study changes them for the better.
They wear uniforms proudly, know from childhood what discipline and responsibility are, find real friends, fall in love and, despite their young age, become courageous and courageous.
During the film, the values of the main characters change, and together with the Nakhimovites, the audience also thinks about what is really important in life.
“We did not strive to make such a jingoistic movie, so that it would be a straightforward agitation.
The film still has a certain core, namely, the fate of young people who are on the verge of adulthood, and how they are influenced by the fraternity of the Nakhimov School.
Their first understanding of relationships is not phones in the morning, but human true things that will be useful to them in adulthood.

Filming of the tape took place in the St. Petersburg building of the Nakhimov Naval School and partly in Vladivostok (ships of the Pacific Fleet).
Most of the cadets who appear on the screen are ordinary Nakhimov students.
Teachers, by the way, many are also real.
The picture contains several scenes of fights and passage of obstacle courses.
Also, the heroes have to demonstrate combat elements from sambo.
All this, obviously, requires a certain physical preparation from the actors.
However, Daniil and Nikita Khodunov performed all the tricks and movements in the frame on their own.
Moreover, according to producer Yuri Obukhov, the artists had a stuntman, but they did not need him.

In general, the film is quite predictable, but it does not matter, since the viewer's interest is not based on spectacular unexpected twists, but on the broadcast values.
The film crew and the cast gave the viewer warm, good emotions and gave ground for reflection.
Youthful pure love also evokes a smile on the face.
Nakhimovets falls in love with the teacher's daughter Maria.
At the first meeting with her, he is speechless, blushes.
The cadet draws a portrait of Masha, offers to help write an essay on the history of the school, invites her on a date, and in the end helps her get out of trouble.
Nakhimov sincerely and selflessly tries to win the girl's heart.
The finale of the tape consists of archival videos of real students of the Nakhimov School.
The footage shows their training routine, formations, sports activities, as well as military parades.
The scene is accompanied by a Nakhimov march written especially for the film.
As Yuri Obukhov said, according to tradition, each Nakhimov student must write several rhymes with his feelings from the entire period of study before graduation.
As a result, the film team collected all these lines, glued together and created this solemn hymn that the viewer hears at the end of the tape.
