The government has decided to lift the evacuation order this time after decontaminating 555 hectares around JR Futaba Station as a "specified reconstruction and regeneration base area" where residents can live.



This is the third time that residents will be able to return to the difficult-to-return area, following Katsurao Village and Okuma Town in Fukushima Prefecture.
