Jordanian broadcaster Ahlam Al-Ajarmeh revealed the identity of her son's kidnappers in the Turkish city of Istanbul.

Al-Ajarma said on her Twitter account: "In response to the confusion raised by some regarding the identity of the kidnappers, I would like to emphasize that the kidnappers were not Turks, but hold Lebanese and Syrian nationalities."

She added, "The great efforts made by the Turkish authorities were the main credit for getting my child back from northern Syria without being subjected to any harm during their recovery."

On Friday, Al-Ajarma announced the recovery of her child, who was kidnapped in Istanbul about 20 days ago, and a human smuggling gang transported him to Idlib in Syria.

The Jordanian media, working for the Turkish TRT channel, revealed poignant details of the sequence of the kidnappings of her son, "Al-Waleed", in Turkey for 20 days, and his smuggling to the Syrian city of Idlib, through a gang of people smuggling.

Al-Ajarma published a video clip through her account on the “Instagram” platform, on Friday evening, documenting the moment she met her child after he returned safe and sound, and also attached the video to an explanation of what happened with her and her child during the last period since July 5.

And the publication stated: “Twenty days were the most difficult days of my life. My son was kidnapped. I did not see him. I did not hear his voice. I do not know where he is. Twenty days without sleep and no food. I wished he would be a nightmare and wake up from him.”

And she said: “Three weeks after his kidnapping, God honored me by returning my newborn child to me safe and sound, thank God.” “I cannot describe to you my psychological condition as a mother and the feeling I experienced during these weeks,” “But I wanted to share with you the difficult ordeal, which God destined for me, In order to protect your children from what the newborn has been exposed to.”

Al-Ajarmeh explained that "3 weeks ago, I suddenly lost track of Al-Waleed in Istanbul, where he was residing, and after extensive communication with the Turkish authorities, I learned that Al-Waleed had been kidnapped and smuggled by a people-smuggling gang and transported to Idlib, Syria, in a way that exposed him to the risk of death."

She added: "As a result of the Turkish efforts inside and outside Syria, we were able to identify the kidnappers' identity and reach them, and then find out where Al-Waleed was taken by the kidnappers."

And she continued: "The long moments of waiting on the Turkish-Syrian border to see and embrace him were very difficult and cruel, and they will not be easily erased from my memory," and indicated that she would like to take "this opportunity to emphasize the right of children to be protected from human trafficking.

Stop this trafficking!”

And she concluded her post by saying: “My heart is burned over my son’s psychological state, Lord, you are great.”
