Today (23rd) is the last season of summer, and there will be no big heat.

The daytime maximum temperature will be 28 degrees in Seoul and 30 degrees in Daegu, similar to yesterday, and the average temperature will be 1 or 2 degrees below the average.

Instead of the sweltering heat, it will be the last rainy season across the country. The rain will start from the west this afternoon and will spread throughout the country at night.

If you look at the amount of rain, it will fall from as little as 5 to 70 mm in many places, and in the central region, strong rain of around 20 mm per hour may fall.

Most of this rain will end tomorrow afternoon.

By this morning, there will be showers in Busan and the inland of Gyeongnam, and you should pay attention to fog mainly in the western part.

Daytime highs will rise to 29 degrees in Cheongju and Daejeon, and 30 degrees in Gwangju.

The rainy season will be over next week, so be prepared for heavy rain showers and heat waves.
