Large-scale continuous high temperature weather above 35 °C will occur in the southern Xinjiang Basin, western Inner Mongolia, Jiangnan, and southern China.

  The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue rainstorm warning at 06:00 on July 20: It is expected that from 08:00 on July 20 to 08:00 on July 21, southern Shandong, central and northern Anhui, central and northern Jiangsu, eastern and southern Hubei, eastern Chongqing, and northern Guizhou There are heavy to heavy rains in parts of the southwest, northeastern Yunnan and other places. Among them, there are local heavy rains (100-150 mm) in central Anhui, northern Jiangsu, and eastern Hubei.

Some of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (the maximum hourly rainfall is 30-50 mm, and the local area can exceed 70 mm), and there are local strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds (see Figure 1).

  In addition, from the 21st to the 22nd, there will be moderate to heavy rains in the eastern part of the Northwest, Sichuan, Yunnan, Jianghan, Huanghuai, and southern North China, and there will be heavy rains or heavy rains locally.

From the 26th to the 28th, there will be a moderate rain process in eastern North China, Huanghuai and Northeast China, with heavy rain and local heavy rain in some areas.

There will be a wide range of high temperature weather in Jiangnan, South China and other places

There are high temperatures in Western Europe, South Europe, West Asia, Central Asia, the United States, the Midwest and other places

  In the next three days, there will be high temperature weather in the Arabian Peninsula, the Iranian Plateau, the Turan Lowlands, the central and southern Kazakh hills, southern Europe, Western Europe, the Midwest of the United States, northern Mexico, and western North Africa. The local daily maximum temperature can exceed 44 ℃.

Strong precipitation in places such as the Indian peninsula and West Africa

  There are moderate to heavy rains in parts of the northern and central parts of the Indian Peninsula and West Africa, and heavy rains in some areas, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on July 20 to 08:00 on the 21st, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, southern Jilin, eastern Huanghuai, most of Jianghuai, most of Jianghan, northern Hunan, eastern and southern parts of Southwest China, etc. Among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100-150 mm) in parts of southern Shandong, central Anhui, northern Jiangsu, eastern and southern Hubei, southern Chongqing, and southwestern Guizhou.

There will be winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in parts of Hexi in Gansu, Shandong Peninsula and other places; there will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 in the central and southern waters of the Yellow Sea, of which the winds in the southeastern part of the Shandong Peninsula can reach magnitude 9 and gusts of magnitude 10 ( See Figure 2).
