Mummification of the body of the Egyptian pharmacist killed in Saudi Arabia

In a separate context, the Egyptian Minister of Manpower received the report of the labor attaché Ahmed Ragai, head of the labor representation office in Riyadh, in which he indicated that the procedures for transferring the body of the pharmacist Ahmed Hatem to Egypt had been completed, as the Consulate General in Riyadh under the directives of Ambassador Tariq El-Meligy, the Egyptian Consul General In Riyadh, by overcoming all obstacles towards completing the procedures for shipping the body, as it was not possible to issue a final exit visa for the body due to the absence of the pharmacist’s passport, which is likely to be inside the pharmacy, which was placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecution and cannot be opened.

The report indicated that the ambassador issued instructions to extract an urgent travel document and send it to the city of Sakaka on the first plane to leave Riyadh for the city of Sakaka, as well as to ship the body at the expense of the state in appreciation of the circumstances of death, adding that the Consulate General in Riyadh is following up investigations to preserve all the rights of the deceased pharmacist.
