Saga Prefecture announced on the 17th that it was confirmed that 660 new people in the prefecture were infected with the new coronavirus.
On the other hand, of the newly infected persons announced on the 16th, one was counted as a duplicate, and one was withdrawn because it was mistakenly counted at a medical institution.
A total of 68,812 infections have been confirmed in the prefecture so far.
