On July 17, a bird's-eye view of the Binhai Interconnection construction site of the first phase of Ningbo's first-phase project of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway (Hang-Shao-Yong Expressway) of Zhejiang Provincial Communications Group.

It is understood that the Binhai Interconnection Project of Zhejiang Provincial Communications Group's first phase of Hangzhou-Ningbo double-track (Hang-Shaoxing-Ningbo Expressway) Ningbo project is currently the largest maritime high-speed interconnection in Asia, occupying 613 acres of sea area. It consists of 1 interchange main line bridge and 8 ramp bridges. The total length of the main line is 1550 meters and the total length of the ramp is 6387 meters.

The entire intercommunication adopts a deformed cloverleaf (single-ring) intercommunication type. The ramp and the main bridge in the intercommunication area, as well as one of the main sea-crossing bridges of the Yongzhou Expressway (Zhoushan Sea-crossing Bridge) that has been opened to traffic, are between the Jintang Bridge. It involves the construction of upper and lower wear and splicing.

The box girder is being erected for the G ramp bridge. A total of 60 box girders are required to be erected. At present, 36 boxes have been erected. The entire project is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2023.
