Three volts warning!

The hottest time of the year comes, the high temperature punches the calendar to see where it is hot to the high temperature

China Weather Network News As the saying goes, "the heat is in the three volts".

Recently, extreme high temperatures have occurred in many places in our country, and some people have even died of heat stroke, and they are too hot to breathe before they fall into the ambush.

Tomorrow (July 16th) will officially go into ambushes, marking our entry into the hottest dog days of the year.

This year's Sanfu is another 40-day "super-long standby version", where will the "fu" run through fire and high temperature constantly?

Where can the Buddhist system enter the "V" to spend the summer leisurely?

China Weather Network's three-volt calendar and high-temperature punch-in calendar are announced for you.

It's another 40 days of dog days this year

!

Why is

Sanfu the hottest of the year

?

Small heat is not too hot, big heat is dog days.

Dog days usually appear between the small summer heat and the end of the summer heat. They are the hottest, humid and sultry times of the year. Many places will turn on the "steaming and roasting" mode.

Fu, referring to the weather is too hot, it is appropriate to fu and not to move.

Dog days has a 30-day "regular version" and a 40-day "extended version".

Taking this year as an example, it is an "extended version" of the three-volt event, which is 40 days in total on July 16 and August 24.

China Weather Network found by inquiring the timetable of the three volts from 2001 to 2022, 17 of the 22 years were the "extended version" of the three volts, accounting for as high as 77%. Three volts are more common.

  How hot are dog days?

China Weather Network has collected meteorological data for the past 30 years (1991 to 2020) and found that the extreme high temperature in the eastern part of North China, Huanghuai and Northwest China during dog days is above 40°C, and the high temperature lasts for 5 to 7 days; Although the extreme high temperature is not as strong as in the north due to high humidity, it is extremely durable. The number of high temperature days is more than 20 days, and even 35 days locally.

And the "high temperature overlord" Turpan has to be mentioned, the extreme high temperature once reached 47.8 ℃ (August 5, 2008), and the number of high temperature days lasted for 39 days, almost a high temperature slam.

Why are dog days so hot?

Li Liang, a meteorological analyst at China Weather Network, explained that the main reason is that after entering the peak, the summer monsoon gradually reaches the northernmost point, the surface humidity increases, and the heat on the surface accumulates. The weather is the hottest; and in July and August, the subtropical high pressure strengthens, and the downdraft air flow inside the high pressure, under its control, the weather is clear and less cloudy, which is conducive to sunlight exposure, and the ground radiation heats up, making the weather even hotter.

In addition, there is a lot of rain in summer and the air humidity is high. The specific heat capacity of water is much larger than that of dry air, which also affects the discharge of human sweat, which is also an important reason for the hot weather.

The perennial high temperature ranking list is released

, and the southern city "dominates the list"

Hangzhou wins the championship

Three volts are divided into first volts, middle volts, and last volts.

Usually, the mainland of our country is mainly hot in the first and middle, and most of the southeast coastal and island areas are hot in the last.

  Where is the hottest head?

Judging from the high temperature ranking of provincial capital cities during the perennial period (1991 to 2020), the average number of high temperature days in Hangzhou was 5.9 days in 10 days, ranking first; followed by Chongqing, Nanchang, and Changsha, with an average high temperature of 5 days. Days or more; and Fuzhou and Wuhan are also very strong, reaching more than 4 days.

In the past 30 years, the number of cities with high temperature and full attendance has gradually increased in my country.

Especially in the 21st century, Hangzhou, Changsha, Fuzhou, Chongqing and other cities often experienced persistent high temperature during the first period.

For example, during the first peak in 2009, Hangzhou, Wuhan and Changsha had high temperature and full attendance, that is, high temperature weather occurred for 10 consecutive days, and Nanchang and Chongqing had 9 days; during the first peak in 2018, Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Chongqing had high temperature and full attendance, Hefei, Nanchang, Hangzhou and Changsha The number of high temperature days also accounts for more than 80% of the first days, which is full of heat and endurance.

This year, the first Fuzhou Nanchang heat is fierce, the high temperature is full, the Buddhist system in Guizhou, Yunnan and other places has entered the "fu"

Tofu is no exception this year, and the hottest cities in the country are also concentrated in southern cities.

Li Liang introduced that during the first period of this year (July 16 to 25), Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Zhejiang and other places will continue to be sultry. Most of them are above 26°C, or even more than 30°C, and coupled with high humidity, they have truly entered the continuous sauna day mode of "steaming up and boiling down".

It can be seen from the Toufu high temperature punch-in calendar launched by China Weather Network that in the provincial capital cities, Fuzhou and Nanchang will see high temperatures every day in the next 10 days, and the heat will not go offline. Among them, the highest temperature in Fuzhou will reach 41 ℃.

The number of high temperature days in Changsha, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing and other places will also reach 6 or more days.

In the north, Shanxi, Shandong, Shaanxi, Ningxia and other places, there will be "rain and fire" alternating between high temperature and rainfall during the first fall, and the body will feel maddeningly sultry; while in Liaoning, Jilin, southern Heilongjiang, Beijing and Tianjin In large areas such as Hebei, Gansu, Hubei, and Sichuan, the temperature is generally between 30°C and 35°C during the first turmoil. Although the weather is hot, it will not be "full fire" all day long.

However, when going out, try to avoid the hottest and sunniest time in the afternoon.

During this year's first turf period, the most enviable areas are the northern Heilongjiang, eastern Inner Mongolia, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, western Sichuan Plateau, most of Guizhou, and central and western Yunnan. The highest temperature is basically below 30 ℃, and the body feels more comfortable. The highest temperature in the region is only in the early 20s during the first fu, which is cool and comfortable.

The scorching heat is coming. The public should try to avoid travel during the high temperature in the afternoon. When going out, they must be fully armed, prepare sunscreen clothing, sunscreen hats, umbrellas, sunglasses, etc.

In addition, frequent occurrence of high temperature weather can easily lead to heat stroke in the human body, and severe heat stroke can also lead to heat stroke. If the public has symptoms of heat stroke such as dizziness and nausea, they need timely treatment to avoid the deterioration of the situation.

Do you need to prevent "cold" in dog days?

Heatstroke prevention and cooling are important

When it's hot, many people think that "Futian should focus on preventing heatstroke", but in fact, what Futian should beware of is "cold".

Taking a cold shower, blowing the air conditioner for a long time, and drinking ice-cold drinks are all the root causes of cold air entering the body.

In dog days, whether you are turning on the air conditioner, blowing the fan or enjoying the cool air by the window, you must avoid long-term direct blowing of cold wind; protect the throat and the back of the heart to help the body buffer the cold at low temperature; eat less cold and cool to avoid stomach cramps.

There is a saying of eating three melons in dog days: three melons are bitter gourd, loofah and wax gourd. Most of the melons can clear heat and remove dampness, help eliminate toxins, strengthen the spleen and appetizers, and are very suitable for cooling down and preventing heatstroke in dog days.

In addition, there is a folk custom of "toufu dumplings, secondfu noodles, and threefu pancakes to spread eggs".

People in Furi lose their appetite, and dumplings are traditionally an appetizer.

Finally, China Weather Network reminds that although the dog days are hot enough, we can deal with it with a peaceful attitude, scientifically prevent heatstroke and cool down, and spend the dog days healthily.
