The records and investigations indicated that the handbag of the girl, who was found at the scene of the accident after her murder, contained an iPhone, a wired headset, 21 pounds, a gold chain with pendants, a box of "Night Calm" medicine used to treat insomnia, cocoa butter, two eye lenses, a plastic lighter, tweezers, and a ticket. The transfer belongs to a center called "Sarkiz Student Services," according to "Al Arabiya.net".
The investigations also revealed that by examining Naira’s phone after the accident, the investigators discovered threatening messages from the killer to her, for example, a message dated April 6, in which he said, “Get ready, stay for what will happen to you… Get ready, stay, oh….”
And also a message that reads, "Your account is less with me, don't give me more than that, because I won't leave you at all."
The Criminal Court in Mansoura, northern Egypt, had sentenced, during its session, Wednesday, the death sentence to the killer of Naira Ashraf, after the Mufti of Egypt approved the death sentence.
The judge said during the session: “The court, unanimously, decided to try the accused, Muhammad Adel Muhammad Ismail Awad Allah, with death and confiscate the seized white weapon, and obligated him to pay criminal expenses and refer the civil case to the competent court, without expenses.
The judge said that after taking the opinion of the Mufti, who confirmed that killing with a knife is legally required for retribution, with the crime attributed to him, it was proven and legally supported in his right, the confession of the accused, and the photographic examination, so his penalty was death penalty for killing Naira Ashraf.
