On July 13, a giant lotus flower appeared in Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area in Nanning, Guangxi, attracting citizens to watch.
This Wanglian is about 2.18 meters in diameter and can hold 75 kilograms. It is the largest Wanglian in Qingxiu Mountain this year.
Wanglian is native to the Amazon River Basin in South America. It is a typical tropical plant. The edges of the leaves are curled upwards, like a large emerald green jade plate floating on the water.
Wang Lian's special leaf vein structure gives Wang Lian the ability to bear weight.
