Minister of Culture and Youth Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi confirmed that the Milan International Art Fair is one of the most prominent contemporary cultural and artistic events that celebrate design and contemporary arts, noting that the event provides an opportunity to see the works of artists, architects, designers, writers and musicians in one place.

While attending the opening of the Milan Triennale, Al Kaabi added: "Culture is a fundamental and authentic link that links peoples and human civilizations and expresses them, and (Milan Triennale) joins the constellation of global events that contribute to strengthening these human ties, especially as it includes works from different countries, Including Japan, the United States of America, Turkey, Italy and others.

The Milan Triennale, in its 23rd edition, is organized under the theme “The Unknown Unknown: An Introduction to Mysteries”, under the supervision of astrophysicist and Chief Diversity Officer of the European Space Agency, Arcela Vaudo, from 15th of this month to 11th of December.

Noura Al Kaabi and her accompanying delegation, as part of a four-day official visit to Italy, met with a number of official figures present at the exhibition. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information of Serbia Maja Gojkovic, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic Andrei Krest, and a number of officials.

After the opening, Noura Al Kaabi held a meeting with Stefano Boeri, President of the Milan Triennale, to discuss ways of cooperation in art and culture.

Noura Al Kaabi said: "It is beautiful that we are witnessing this year in the exhibition of merging science and arts and trying to explore the many mysteries contained in the installations and artworks displayed," thanking the organizers of the exhibition for their efforts, which were reflected in all the corridors and corners of the exhibition, which collected distinguished works from around the world.

She continued, "We have discussed various opportunities for cooperation with the exhibition organizers and the participating artists, and we look forward to seeing the light on the land of the UAE in the near future."

The exhibition presents more than 100 artworks and projects by international artists, researchers and designers, who showcase their works on a series of topics, including gravity, maps, architecture, and others.

The delegation of the Ministry of Culture and Youth visited the Marangoni Fashion Institute, which recently opened a branch in the Emirate of Dubai, after branches in Milan, Firenze, Paris and London, to start offering specialized courses in fashion and fashion design in the country, as it prepares to receive the first batch of students next September.

Minister of Culture and Youth:
