The Mansoura Criminal Court, which decided in its session today, in presence and unanimously, to execute Muhammad Adel Muhammad Ismail, by hanging for being accused of killing Naira Ashraf in front of Mansoura University, disclosed the text of the opinion of the Mufti of the Republic in the papers sent to him to consider the order of execution of the accused, Muhammad Adel.
And the judge said in his speech: “And in retaliation there is life for you, O men of understanding, that you may become righteous.”
Counselor Bahaa Al-Miri added in his speech:
After reviewing the case papers, investigations, and public and secret court sessions, and after hearing the statements of the accused and the plea by the Public Prosecution, and the opinion of the Mufti, who concluded, that killing with a knife is legally required for retribution, and that the offense ascribed to the accused was revealed and legally confirmed in his right from his recognition in papers, photographic inspection and conclusive evidence, so the part was retribution. .
The session was held under the chairmanship of Counselor Bahaa El Din Al Marri, President of the Court, and the membership of Counselors Saeed Al Samadouni, Muhammad Al Sharnoubi, Hisham Ghaith, the Secretariat of Muhammad Jamal, and Mahmoud Abdel Razek.
