The lawyer of the accused of killing the student of Mansoura, Naira Ashraf, revealed the reason for his client's request for his phone after his death sentence in court.
The lawyer explained that the accused, Mohamed Adel, asked for his phone because there were pictures of him with the victim on the phone, explaining that the killer asked the court to find his phone.
The lawyer indicated that the accused asked his mother to forgive him for the accident and that he was stressed and had an explosion, noting that the father of the victim kidnapped the offender before the accident and forced him to sign trust receipts.
In the previous session, the Mansoura Criminal Court referred the papers of the accused of killing the student, Naira Ashraf, to the Mufti of the Republic to ratify the sentence of death by hanging, and set today's session to pronounce the verdict.
