According to monitoring, from 20:00 on July 1 to 20:00 on July 2, the rainfall at the National Meteorological Observatory in Sanya was 421.6 mm, breaking the extreme value of the maximum daily rainfall since the local historical record.

  This year's No. 3 typhoon "Siamba" made landfall on the coast of Dianbai, Guangdong at 15:00 on the 2nd, and its center was located in Guiping City, Guigang, Guangxi at 6:00 on the 3rd, and its impact on the wind and rain in Hainan Province is coming to an end.

The Hainan Provincial Meteorological Bureau lifted the three-level rainstorm warning at 6:20 on the 3rd, and the fourth-level typhoon warning at 9:40.

It is expected that from the 3rd to the 5th, the whole island of Hainan will be cloudy and there will be thunderstorms locally.

  According to the meteorological department, "Siamba" has the characteristics of "slow moving speed, strengthening offshore, complex structure, large influence range, and strong external rainfall".

According to statistics, from 8:00 on July 1st to 6:00 on the 3rd, Hainan Changjiang, Sanya, Ledong, Dongfang, Baisha, Danzhou, Qiongzhong, Wuzhishan, Wenchang, Baoting and Lingao 11 cities and counties, a total of 58 townships (District) rainfall exceeds 200 mm, 7 cities and counties in Changjiang, Sanya, Ledong, Dongfang, Baisha, Danzhou and Qiongzhong have a total of 24 townships (districts) with rainfall exceeding 300 mm, and 4 in Changjiang, Sanya, Ledong and Dongfang A total of 12 townships (districts) in the city and county received more than 400 mm of rainfall, the largest being 581.4 mm in Wangxia Township, Changjiang County.

In addition, strong winds of magnitude 8 to 10 generally occurred on the coastal land and offshore areas around Hainan Island, and the largest gust was magnitude 13 (40.9 m/s) in Wenchang Qizhou Islands.

The rainfall in Danzhou 199.8 mm and 247.6 mm in Ledong ranked the second and third in the local daily precipitation in July respectively.

  On the land side, it is expected that from July 3 to 5, the whole island of Hainan will be cloudy with local thunderstorms; the highest temperature is 32-36 ℃, and the lowest temperature is 24-27 ℃.

  In terms of ocean, the Qiongzhou Strait, the sea surface of Beibu Gulf, and the sea surface of the western part of Hainan Island, from the 3rd to the 5th, the wind force was 5-6 and the gust was 7.

  On the eastern and southern seas of Hainan Island, during the day on the 3rd, the winds were 6-7 and the gusts were 8-9; from the night of the 3rd to the 5th, the winds were 5-6 and the gusts were 7.

  On the sea surface near the Xisha and Zhongsha Islands, on the 3rd, the wind force was 6-7 and the gust was 8; from the 4th to the 5th, the wind was 5-6, and the gust during the thunderstorm was 7-8.
