A famous Egyptian artist returned from a coma that lasted a whole year.

Singer Iman Al-Bahr Darwish confirmed that he is fine, but he suffers from complications of a stroke.

He said, during a recorded call with the media, Mohamed Al-Gheity, that he fell into a coma for a whole year, promising his fans that he would appear after recovery and talk to them.

For his part, Al-Ghaiti revealed that he spoke with Iman Al-Bahr and was on his way to a physiotherapy session, and he kept talking to him for a long time.

He explained, during his program yesterday, "You can appreciate with Al-Ghaiti" on the "Suns" channel, that he recorded part of the call based on the approval of the great artist, so that the audience would be reassured about him, after many rumors were circulated.

Al-Ghaiti confirmed that Iman Al-Bahr Darwish, the former captain of the Egyptian musical professions and grandson of the musician Sayed Darwish, had already disappeared for some time, and was in a coma due to a brain operation.

It is noteworthy that singer Iman al-Bahr Darwish suffered a stroke in November of 2017, and was transferred to a private hospital in Alexandria, and underwent urgent surgery to stop the bleeding, but his health deteriorated, forcing doctors to perform another surgery for him.

He was placed in intensive care until he woke up from a coma, and after leaving the hospital, he remained hidden from the lights to undergo intensive physical therapy to restore the ability to sing and move again.
