At 9:50 p.m. on July 3, the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Headquarters in Suzhou City, Anhui held a second press conference in Si County to report the latest situation of epidemic prevention and control.
As of 20:00 on July 3, a total of 798 positive cases were reported in Sixian County, including 123 confirmed cases and 675 asymptomatic infections.
There were 234 new positive cases today, including 20 confirmed cases and 214 asymptomatic infections.
Under the coordination of the Anhui Provincial Epidemic Prevention Office, Bozhou, Chuzhou and other places supported the nucleic acid testing cabins and testing vehicles in Suzhou City, with a testing capacity of 171,000 single tubes/day.
From June 26 to July 2, five rounds of regional nucleic acid testing have been carried out, with a total of 2.6397 million samples collected. The sixth round of regional nucleic acid testing is currently underway.
Anhui Province has coordinated 33,791 isolation rooms, including 5,987 in the city and 27,804 outside the city.
Each centralized isolation point arranges a special work class, which is responsible for the living services, health monitoring, and psychological counseling of the isolation point personnel.
A total of 22,320 isolation rooms have been activated, with 11,471 spare isolation rooms remaining.
A total of 22,692 close contacts, sub-close contacts and key groups were transferred and quarantined.
