Human rights are ultimately to be possessed, consumed and acquired for every specific common person, so the sense of acquisition of the people is the most important criterion for judging whether they truly enjoy human rights, not written in laws or regulations, or hang on our mouths.

[Explanation] Wang Xigen said that human rights are a complex system, including the right to life, the right to health, the right to personal freedom, the right to freedom of speech, as well as economic, social, cultural, environmental and many other rights.

It is precisely based on these human rights concepts and experiences that China has moved from poverty to food and clothing, to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and then to building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, which has a good demonstration effect on the vast number of developing countries.
