The "Summit Countermeasures Division" newly established in the Security Department of the Hiroshima Prefectural Police Headquarters accepts support from police headquarters nationwide in cooperation with the National Police Agency, and is responsible for anti-terrorism measures, protection of VIPs, and traffic regulation.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by 46 staff members who arrived on July 1, as well as general managers and security managers.
