At present, the chain has opened 15 stores in Zhejiang Province, and 27 people with mental disabilities have been employed. They are distributed in different stores, and each store has 1 to 2 people.

Qiao Mingzhu said that the current employment training services for the mentally handicapped people in society, whether it is knowledge or shelter, are generally not enough. I hope more people and enterprises will pay attention to them, so that they can become self-reliant and integrate into society.

Then we will slowly turn our noodle shop into a training base, that is, first of all, we will provide them with the first integration scene when they enter the society, so that they can do it in a relatively safe and knowledgeable environment. Adaptation, so that they have the confidence to enter the society, and then we will have continuous vocational rehabilitation in the noodle shop. If his ability has been improved to a certain level, he also has a suitable position to work.
