The girl Ola after the trip of a lifetime: Thank you, "make a wish"
The Make-A-Wish Foundation was able to turn the dream of the 14-year-old girl, Ola, into a reality, by traveling on a trip to Turkey with her family.
"We are pleased to be able to fulfill Ola's wish by traveling with her family members to Istanbul, which she has always dreamed of visiting and getting to know closely its historical landmarks and green nature, after she watched it in videos and photos only," said Hani Al-Zubaidi, CEO of the foundation.
He thanked the white hands in the UAE community who continue to support the Foundation and enable it to implement its noble humanitarian strategy, stressing that the goals of "Make a Wish" are based on continuing to fulfill the wishes of children with serious diseases that threaten their lives, inside and outside the country, no matter how difficult or impossible they are.
For her part, Ola thanked all the Foundation's employees for their efforts to conquer the impossible and fulfill the wishes of sick children.
She added, "Traveling to Turkey was an impossible dream for me, and I am now confident that her memory will forever accompany me in all steps of my life."
"Over the course of six days, I was able to get acquainted with the Sultanahmet area, the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the popular markets, in addition to visiting the Princesses Island and Berluti Hill. Thank you (make a wish)."
