Chen Qinghe has specialized in bamboo and rattan weaving craftsmanship all his life. He turned the humble bamboo and rattan into handicrafts that made local farmers rich.

From the age of seven, Chen Hongping learned simple bamboo and rattan weaving skills under the influence of Chen Qinghe.

With excellent grades and fluent foreign language, she joined the market trend and engaged in the foreign trade of Anxi rattan and iron craft products.

In 2019, Chen Hongping gave up her lucrative job and returned to her father to learn the craft of bamboo and rattan weaving again.

In addition to her busy creation, she compiled school-based textbooks for Anxi bamboo and rattan weaving skills, and often went to the training classroom and the intangible cultural heritage museum to teach students in person.
