Mr. and Mrs. Akishino attended a ceremony to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the "administrative counseling committee" system, which accepts opinions from residents about the administration.

The "Administrative Counseling Committee" is a volunteer commissioned by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications, and accepts opinions and complaints from residents to the administration in order to help improve the quality of the administration, and also provides counseling.



Approximately 140 people, including administrative counselors working nationwide, participated in the 60th anniversary commemorative ceremony held at a hotel in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo on the 30th, and Mr. and Mrs. Akishino also attended.



At the ceremony, Mr. Akishino-no-miya said, "I am confident that the activities of the administrative counselors who will work closely with people in need and work together with the counselors to solve the problem will become even more important." Said.
