The TF1 group sells its digital media division to the Reworld Media group.

Called "Unify Digital Factory", this subsidiary brings together twelve digital brands that attract 25 million unique visitors each month.

Among these brands that therefore change ownership, the well-known Marmiton and Doctissimo.

What do the very popular Marmiton, Doctissimo, auféminin and Les Numériques websites have in common?

All four belong, along with eight other digital brands, to "Unify Digital Factory", a subsidiary of the TF1 group.

A subsidiary that the TV and media group has just sold to another group: Reworld Media.

This digital center of twelve digital brands attracts a total of 25 million unique visitors each month, and accumulates more than 200 million page views per year, according to figures from TF1.

Preparing to merge with M6

However, these brands are not that profitable for TF1.

The group also says it wants to refocus on its audiovisual activities.

It must be said that the TF1 group is preparing the merger with the M6 ​​group.

A project formalized in May 2021, but which is still far from being completed.

The amount of the transaction between the TF1 group and Reworld Media has not been revealed.

We simply know that Reworld Media has undertaken to retain the positions of the 300 people who work for Unify.
