The Spanish government approved a bill in early June that paves the way for the abolition of prostitution in the country.

But this text, approved thanks to the support of the right, creates controversy and opposes two visions of prostitution, which is still not legally framed in the country.

For the moment, the many brothels in the country continue to operate without being disturbed.

Only human trafficking and procuring are condemned by the Penal Code.
