From today, the communication itinerary cassette star will be a thing of the past.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the 29th, in order to resolutely implement the general strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on "foreign import, internal defense rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic clearing", support the efficient coordination of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and facilitate the travel of users, The "asterisk" mark on the communication itinerary card will be cancelled from now on.

Qunar platform data shows that at 15:30 half an hour after the above news was released, the instantaneous search volume for international air tickets on the platform doubled, reaching the highest search volume in the past two years.

At the same time, the search volume of air tickets on the platform increased by 60% within 30 minutes, the search volume of hotels doubled, and the search volume of train tickets increased by up to 1.5 times.

After the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2019, the "Communication (Big Data) Itinerary Card" was launched and implemented on March 13, 2020.

It is a public itinerary inquiry service jointly launched by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Among them, the displayed information includes: the user's encrypted mobile phone number, the update time of the itinerary information, the color card, all the countries (regions) that the user has visited in the past 14 days, and the domestic cities that have stayed for more than 4 hours in a row.

According to the latest version of the itinerary card user guide issued by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the communication itinerary card query results show the visited provinces and cities (domestic), countries and regions (international), which are divided into four types of cards: green, yellow, orange, and red. .

All cities in China now display green cards, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Overseas countries and regions display yellow cards, and currently there are no red cards and orange cards.

For more than two years, communication itinerary cards and health codes have become indispensable "passes" for residents to travel, buy tickets and airline tickets.

When there is an epidemic in the city where the communication itinerary card holder is located, and there are medium-risk or high-risk areas, the itinerary card will not change color, but will be marked with an "asterisk".

In other words, having an "asterisk" does not imply that the user has actually visited these medium and high risk areas.

At the same time, while green itinerary cards with an "asterisk" basically do not affect travel, this group of people is still encouraged to minimize unnecessary travel and travel to medium and high-risk areas.

"Communication big data supports epidemic prevention and control to enter the 2.0 stage, and 'digital war against epidemics' plays a major role." The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology affirmed the anti-epidemic effect of communication travel codes in the official WeChat account "Gongxin Weibo" at the beginning of this year.

According to the introduction of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the above-mentioned briefing, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will make every effort to promote the 2.0 upgrade of the communication big data platform, give full play to the leading role of regional assisted investigation, analyze and distribute more than 67 million pieces of various regional assisted investigation data at the first time, and help win the battle against epidemic prevention and control across the country. .

The "Communication Travel Card" service has been optimized and upgraded, with a total of over 25 billion inquiries, which greatly facilitates people's daily travel, production and life.

According to the reports of citizens in many places, in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai that still have medium and high risk areas, the current resident communication itinerary cards have reached the stars.

But picking stars does not mean that you can "wave" at will, but a means to unify prevention and control standards and improve the efficiency of implementation in various places.

Previously, whether the "star" of the communication itinerary card affects travel and whether it will be isolated by the destination, it is necessary to further verify whether the user has been to medium and high risk areas.

According to the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)" issued on the 28th, the closure control area and the demarcation standards for medium and high risk areas are linked and corresponded, and the concept of medium and high risk areas is used uniformly.

Among them, the high-risk area implements "stay-at-home, door-to-door service". No new infections for 7 consecutive days are reduced to medium-risk areas, and medium-risk areas without new infections for 3 consecutive days are reduced to low-risk areas.

In other areas, people with a history of living in high-risk areas within the past 7 days will be subject to 7-day centralized isolation and medical observation measures.

The medium-risk area implements "staying out of the area and picking things at different peaks", and no new infections for 7 consecutive days have been reduced to a low-risk area.

In other areas, people with a history of living in medium-risk areas within the past 7 days will be subject to 7-day home medical observation measures.

This means that after the "star" of the communication itinerary card is picked, residents in medium and high-risk areas still need to follow the unified national prevention and control requirements and travel restrictions.
