Sri Lanka is going through the worst economic and political crisis in its history.

Short of foreign currencies, indebted to more than 46 billion euros, the country declared itself bankrupt.

Heavily dependent on the outside, the government navigates on sight and can no longer obtain fuel, gas, medicines.

Even common products are starting to run out.

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, who has become the bane of an entire country, clings to power.

The population oscillates between disarray, anger and resignation.

Many aspire to a radical change: a total break with a system deemed corrupt and inefficient.
