Defendant questions were asked in a trial in which former employees of the Tokyo National Tax Bureau were charged with fraud for deceiving the "sustainable benefits" provided by the government to businesses affected by the new coronavirus. A former employee said, "I used my experience as an employee for bad things and was shallow and stupid."

Defendant Ryusuke Nakamine (27), a former employee of a major securities company, and Defendant Nakamurakami (24), a former employee of the Tokyo National Tax Bureau, disguised themselves as sole proprietors and their business income fell sharply due to the impact of the new corona. He is accused of fraud because he applied for a lie and cheated 7 million yen in total for the national sustainability benefits.

On the 29th, two defendants allegedly responsible for the application were asked at the Tokyo District Court, and former employee Nakamine said, "I was invited by the company manager who was the instructor, and about 200 cases a month. I acted on behalf of the application and received a 5% reward per person. I am deeply remorseful for my unthinking behavior. "

In addition, former employee Nakamura said, "I was acquainted with former employee Nakamine and was assigned the role of preparing final tax returns because I am familiar with taxation knowledge. I said that it is better to stop halfway through the increase in applications from university students. I continued because I wanted a fee. "

He said, "I was really shallow and stupid because I used my valuable experience as a national tax employee for bad things."

So far, 10 people have been arrested in a series of incidents.
