“Despite the fact that the number of forest fires is now several times less than in the same period last year, in order to mobilize resources to prepare for the peak of the fire danger, I decided to introduce an emergency regime on the territory of the republic,” Nikolaev wrote in his Telegram -channel.
According to him, at the moment a high fire hazard class has been established in ten districts of the republic.
He noted that weather conditions in the region are getting worse.
Earlier it was reported that in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh and Oryol regions of the Central Federal District of Russia, the introduction of the fourth level of fire danger is expected due to high air temperature and lack of heavy rainfall.
