Sources suggest his "escape abroad" .. Egypt is looking for the judge accused of killing his wife, the announcer

After the Egyptian media reported the news of his arrest, the fate of the judge accused of killing his media wife, Shaima Gamal, was once again ambiguous, as the news was not confirmed, at a time when reports spread that he might leave the country.

The government newspaper, "Akhbar Al-Youm", had said yesterday, Monday, that the security services in the Giza Directorate arrested the judge after lifting his immunity on the grounds that he was accused of killing his wife, a crime that sparked controversy in Egypt.

However, the Egyptian newspaper, Al-Shorouk, confirmed that the security authorities have not yet been able to arrest him, and that there is a high probability that he will travel outside the country, after committing the crime, as the sources suggested that he would travel to Canada or Poland.

The newspaper also revealed, quoting sources within the State Council, of which the judge was serving as its vice president, that it monitored the accused, during the past week, in the two branches of the real estate month in the State Council Judges Club, and the Club of Members of the State Cases Authority, with the aim of editing powers of attorney for his daughters to act and deal with his wealth.

And the security services found, in Giza Governorate, on Monday, the body of a broadcaster buried in a villa, after her disappearance had been announced weeks ago.

Later, the Public Prosecution issued a statement revealing the ambiguity of the case, noting that it was the husband who had reported the disappearance of his wife in front of a shopping mall in the October area, south of Cairo, without accusing anyone of causing it.

As a result, investigations began, "and I listened to the testimony of some of the victim's family who testified to her disappearance after she was accompanied by her husband in front of the aforementioned commercial complex, and evidence appeared in the investigations questioning the validity of his statement."

On Sunday, a person appeared before her, who said that the husband had killed his wife "due to differences between them, confirming that he had seen the circumstances of the murder and knew the place of burial of her body."

In view of this, and in view of the fact that the victim’s husband is a member of one of the judicial authorities, the Public Prosecution obtained permission from that authority to take investigation measures against him regarding the incident in which the accused is accused, and accordingly, the Public Prosecution ordered his arrest and his arrest.

I traced his itinerary on the day the person who appeared before the Public Prosecution decided that it was the day the accused husband committed the murder, and seized evidence suggesting the truth of his account.

I moved with him to the place where he "instructed the burial of the victim's body, and I found it, and the Public Prosecution Office was accompanied by the forensic doctor, where this person who guided the place confessed his participation in the commission of the crime."

The statement confirmed that the Ministry of Interior was able to arrest a single suspect in the case, the witness who reported it, and the prosecution charged him with hiding a body and decided to imprison him for 4 days, while it did not include any reference to the arrest of the accused judge, which supports the possibility of his escape. Through traveling outside the country, according to Al-Shorouk newspaper.
