She is the most famous woman in the world.
Elizabeth II, 70 years of reign, leads the largest royal family in Europe and probably on the planet.
The sovereign will have seen historic changes since her accession to the throne: decolonization, independence across the Commonwealth… As the reign of the 96-year-old monarch comes to an end, the question of the future arises.
