China News Service, Beijing, June 28 (Ma Shuisha Zheng Weijie) At 23:46 on June 27, Beijing time, China used the Long March 4C carrier rocket at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center to successfully launch the Gaofen 12-03 satellite. After lift-off, the satellite successfully entered the predetermined orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success.
The satellite is mainly used in the fields of land census, urban planning, land rights confirmation, road network design, crop yield estimation, and disaster prevention and mitigation.

The mission is the 425th flight of the Long March series of launch vehicles.
