[Explanation] Born at the grassroots level in Hong Kong, Wang Zhiyong was determined to bring a better life to his family since he was a child.
In 1997, Hong Kong returned to the motherland. It was in this year that Wang Zhiyong began to devote himself to the society and searched for his first job.

When I joined IT (industry), because I was not studying IT at the time.
The application letter (sent) was sent out, and then I received one, which was my first job, an IT job.
After he invited me, I worked very hard to learn about IT and sales.
About three years, my efforts have achieved a very good performance.
This performance helped me become a team leader, and later I had the opportunity to join Microsoft Hong Kong for about 5 years.
So there were three (development directions) at that time, one of which was cyber security (network security).
I really like this one because for me I'm not just selling, I'm selling, I'm understanding the needs of the company about it, how to fight hackers.
It's a mission for me.
[Explanation] From simply supporting the family, to starting to judge industry trends, to pursuing jobs with social value and a sense of mission, like many Hong Kong people who love their jobs and work hard and struggle in the front line, over the past 25 years, Wang Zhiyong has been steadily and steadily, step by step , with steadfastness and diligence, he has achieved his family and career, and he has also experienced the development and changes of Hong Kong society since the handover.

When I joined the original company, I seldom used Mandarin (Mandarin).
But then around the beginning of 2000, in 2001 and 2002, more and more Chinese-funded companies set up branch offices in Hong Kong, so we started to use our Mandarin at that time, and I used it at that time, because what I learned Really want to be able to talk.
Of course, in the following 20 years, more and more, we need to use Mandarin (Mandarin).
So I think this change is quite big, but it is also a good change for us.
[Explanation] In the past 25 years, with the deepening of exchanges between Hong Kong and mainland cities, tourism exchange has also become the main way for the people of the two places to understand each other.

I think Hong Kong people are more and more interested in getting to know more about the mainland, such as traveling, we go to eat something and so on.
For example, we seldom went back to the Mainland before, but in recent years, for example, my wife has not been to Shanghai before, but after she went there with me a few years ago, she felt that we should go there once a year.
So I think whether it is the scenery or the changes, the mainland is very big, and we like it very much and hope to go to other areas a little more.
[Explanation] In recent years, with the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the continuous advancement of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, exchanges and cooperation between the two places have become more frequent.
From the "14th Five-Year Plan" to support Hong Kong's development of the "Eight Centers", to the "Qianhai Plan" to expand the area, policies to benefit Hong Kong in multiple fields and at multiple levels have been introduced one after another, providing numerous benefits for Hong Kong's economic and social development.
Wang Zhiyong, who has been engaged in the information technology industry for many years, is well aware of the opportunities and space contained in it.

I think the Greater Bay Area has different advantages. For example, if you have the technology, I have the venue, and I also have some other places that can be subsidized, it is good to have a concept of the Greater Bay Area.
But I also hope that some IT practitioners of our generation (regardless of whether they are professionals) or young people can understand a little more about the development of the Greater Bay Area and how to make them have more opportunities.
